Shoulder Stretch

Stretch 1Shoulder Stretch

  1. While standing or sitting place your right arm straight across your chest.
  2. With the left hand push above the elbow feeling the stretch in the shoulder.
  3. Hold for 15 seconds or 3 deep breaths.
  4. Now do the same for the left arm.

Stretch 2Shoulder Stretch 2

  1. While standing put the right hand behind your back over the top of your head, so that your hand is vertically inline with the spine.
  2. Put your left hand behind your back from below and try to touch or hold the right hand.
  3. Hold for 15 seconds or 3 deep breaths.
  4. Change arms and repeat sequence.
