Welcome to Envision Self-Healing!!

Sharon, New ZealandThank you for joining us and taking the first steps in the journey of self-healing. We were both born with incurable vision conditions and have spent many years using self healing techniques to help reverse our symptoms. Throughout this time incorporating vision, body and mind into our self healing practice became essential for progress.

After seeing such amazing results we felt compelled to share our experiences with people around the world. Envision Self Healing was developed with the simple Learn, Create, Integrate approach, outlined below, in the hope that you can experience similar success and then share it with others.

Step 1: Learn

Learn about your condition to help understand how it effects you, which body and eye exercises to perform and why they can be so valuable to your self healing program.  Start by clicking on your vision or body condition located on the left hand side bar.

Step 2: Create

Create a personal, self healing program. Follow the easy to understand mind, body and eye exercise instructions, watch our videos and practice, practice, practice.

Step 3: Integrate

Integrate this new, self healing exercise program into your daily life. Starting any new routine can be challenging. In this step, you discover ways of performing the mind, body and eye exercises so they become a part of your busy life.
