  1. Lat StretchStand with your legs spread out slightly more than shoulder’s width.
  2. Raise the left arm in the air and rest the right hand on the right thigh.
  3. Slowly lean the left hand over to the right, causing the right hand to slide down the thigh towards the ground.
  4. Hold for 5 deep breaths.
  5. Change sides and repeat steps 1-4.
