Quadriceps Stretch

  1. While standing, bring the right heel back to the buttocks, you may ant to use a wall orQuad Stretch chair to support you.
  2. With the right hand hold the foot of the right leg.
  3. Hold for 15 seconds or 3 deep breaths.
  4. For a greater stretch push the hips forwards, while the leg is being held back.
  5. Hold for 15 seconds or 3 deep breaths.
  6. Repeat the sequence for the left leg.
