Rolling Side to Side

This exercise is a great way to bring relaxation to the whole body. It teaches us to move the body in unison without any strain. For a lot of people this movement simply feels good!

  1. Lie on the floor, on your side, knees bent, legs together, arms together with the elbows bent.
  2. Roll from side to side making sure the head is on the floor, you may want to use a pillow to help support the head.
  3. Imagine all the muscles are loose and take 10 slow deep breaths whilst rolling from side to side.
