This exercise is a great way to bring relaxation to the whole body. It teaches us to move the body in unison without any strain. For a lot of people this movement simply feels good!
- Lie on the floor, on your side, knees bent, legs together, arms together with the elbows bent.
- Roll from side to side making sure the head is on the floor, you may want to use a pillow to help support the head.
- Imagine all the muscles are loose and take 10 slow deep breaths whilst rolling from side to side.
