Tricep Stretch

  1. Tricep Stretch While standing, put the right hand behind your back over the top of your head, so that your hand is vertically inline with the spine.
  2. Put your left hand on the tricep.
  3. Hold for 15 seconds or 3 deep breaths.
  4. With the right hand still in line with the spine, put your left hand behind your back from below and try to touch or hold the right hand.
  5. Hold for 15 seconds or 3 deep breaths.
  6. Change arms and repeat sequence.
