In this podcast Will and Richard talk about the role of the brain in vision and vision improvement. Since 90% of vision comes from the brain we cannot ignore it. The brain can step in and turn off parts of our vision that are compromised due to some disease or condition. This makes our vision even worse. On the other hand, if we deliberately engage our brain in the weaker parts of our visual system we can restore function much like a stroke patient can restore function after a stroke. In the question of the week they answer the proverbial question: “Do I really have to do all those exercises?”
