In this podcast Will and Richard discuss proper posture at the computer. Since we are all spending so much time at the computer, good posture habits at the computer are becoming more and more important.
Not only are we hurting our eyes by straining and staring at the screen, we are also hurting our bodies and our eyes through poor posture. Poor posture leads to poor circulation and that leads to vision problems in the long run.
With a few simple tricks though we can correct our posture and return nourishing blood flow to our visual systems.
In the question of the week they explain why a good night’s sleep still isn’t enough to relax our eyes.
